Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Returns
1.1 B2C Returns
1.1.1 We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date for B2C customers.
1.1.2 To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original unopened packaging and fit for resale.
1.1.3 Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase when returning an item.
1.1.4 Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
1.1.5 Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process the refund within 10 business days.
1.2 B2B Returns
1.2.1 For B2B customers, returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
1.2.2 Items must be in unused condition and in their original unopened packaging and be fit for resale to be eligible for a return.
1.2.3 B2B customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
1.2.4 Refunds for B2B returns will be processed after a thorough inspection of the returned items, typically within 14 business days. A 25% restocking charge may apply.

2.1.1 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
2.1.2 If the return is approved, the refund will cover the cost of the item(s) minus any shipping and damage charges agreed upon.
2.1.3 Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
2.2 B2B Refunds
2.2.1 B2B Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
2.2.2 The credit can be used for future purchases.
2.2.3 Refunds for B2B transactions will be processed within 14 business days.
